 7 Tomatillos (small)
 1 Onion (small, peeled and sliced)
 ½ Serrano Chili (sliced)
  tsp Salt
 1 Cilantro (Ends cut off)

Remove the husks from the tomatillos and wash well. Cut the tomatillos into quarters and place in a blender.

Add onion, chili, salt and cilantro and blend to a coarse puree.

Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
