Combine all the dry spices in a bowl; add minced garlic and olive oil. Mix well into paste consistency
Rub the mixture on both sides of the Salmon pieces.
Heat a nonstick pan on medium setting. Place the fish on the a non-stick pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then turn the fish and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked thoroughly (Internal temperature of the fish should be at least 145°F)
Place in a serving dish and squeeze lemon juice on the fish

Chef's Tip: Instead of cooking in a pan, this fish may be cooked on a grill as well. Place the fish on 300F grill for about 3-4 minutes, then turn the fish and cook for additional 3-4 minutes
Serving Suggestion: Serve Salmon with Sweet Potatoes and Mango Salsa (see recipe links below); place Salmon on a serving dish, add mango salsa on top of the Salmon and place Sweet potatoes on the side.
