Falooda Milk Shake

Ingredients:

Basil Seeds
2 Tablespoons
Tukmaria Seeds
Water
1 Cup
Milk
1 1/4 Cups
Fat-free
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 Cups
Fat-free
Rose Essence
1 Teaspoon
Rose Water
1 Tablespoon
Red Food Color
Few drops
Crushed Ice
1/2 Cup
Mint Leaves
For Garnish

Preparation mode:

  1. Soak basil seeds in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a blender, add milk, ice cream, rose essence, rose water and red food color; whip well. Add crushed ice and whip again.
  3. Pour into a jug or bowl; add basil seeds and mix well.
  4. Pour into four individual glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
