Cucumber and Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt
1 Cup
nonfat
Cumin Seeds
1 Teaspoon
ground and roasted
Cucumber
1
medium, peeled, half grated and the other half diced into small pieces
Salt
1/4 Teaspoon
Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon
freshly squeezed
Red Chili Powder
1/8 Teaspoon

Preparation mode:

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl; add the ground cumin and salt; mix until smooth.
  2. Add cucumber to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and mix.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of chili powder.
