Chicken Chapli Kebab


Ground Chicken
1 Pound
skinless, boneless
Ginger and Garlic Paste
2 Teaspoons
Yellow Onion
1/4 Cup
finely chopped
Roma Tomato
1/4 Cup
small diced
Pomegranate Seeds
1 Tablespoon
finely ground
JalapeƱo Peppers
1 Tablespoon
finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon
Red Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon
Coriander Seeds
1 Teaspoon
dry roasted, coarse ground
Cooking Oil Spray

Preparation mode:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except cooking oil spray, and knead well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide mixture into 8 parts to make round, flat patties, 2 inches in diameter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium skillet, over medium-low heat, evenly spray cooking oil for 4 seconds. Pan-fry four patties for 3 to 5 minutes. Spray cooking oil for an additional 4 seconds on the top of patties and flip to cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Repeat the above steps with remaining four patties.
