Blackberry Chutney (Makes 1/8 cup)

Ingredients:

Blackberries
1/8 Cup
fresh, finely sliced
Shallots
1 Teaspoon
finely chopped
Cilantro
1/4 Teaspoon
finely chopped
Blackberry Preserves
1 Tablespoon
fat-free, sugar- free, sodium-free with fiber
Red Pepper
Dash
crushed

Preparation mode:

  1. In a small bowl, combine blackberries, shallots, and cilantro; mix well.
  2. Add preserve to the mixture and sprinkle crushed red pepper.
