*Homemade Achaar Masala
Fennel seed 1 tsp
Kalonji seed ½ tsp
Mustard seeds yellow ¼ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Ground Cumin 1 tsp
1. In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Store in a small resealable plastic storage bag. Label and date the bag.
This recipe makes approximately 1.5-2 tablespoons of masala and is good for 1 pound of chicken.
