Spaghetti, whole grain, uncooked • 4 cups Water Method: In a medium pot, over medium high heat, add water and bring to a rapid boil. Add spaghetti (broken into small pieces) stir and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Once cooked, drain the excess water.
